Queen Colleen
Our 2023 Queen Colleen is Crystal Crowell!
Crystal said of her crowning, "Being crowned the 2023 Queen Colleen is an absolute honor. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in this pageant and am honored to represent the parade as the new Queen. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and this amazing organization."
Crystal was born in Indiana, where she was adopted and raised in a military family where she had the opportunity to live in five different states before turning 10-years-old. She then went on to attend high school and college in Virginia, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. While in college Crystal was a cheerleader for a semi-professional football team. Where she also became a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. An active volunteer for many years, she believes strongly in the importance of giving back and making a difference in the world around her. That personal mission has guided and inspired her career and passion for community service.
