Dr. David "Doc" Powell, Grand Marshal, 2022

This year’s Grand Marshal is Dr. David “Doc” Powell. Doc Powell will lead the Parade in commemoration of its 60th year.  Doc has been an active member of the DSPDP since 1998 and has functioned in many roles over the years for our Denver Parade including Parade Marshal’s Division Chairman, member Judge Committee, Queen Colleen Committee, and Board of Directors. He is an Irish American with dual citizenship.

Molly Casey, Queen Colleen, 2022

The 2022 Queen Colleen is Molly Casey. She leads the Parade representing the future of the Parade Committee as a young, vibrant member of the organization and community. Molly is currently Miss Colorado All American Girl. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and happens to be 100 percent Irish. In fact, she can still visit her family’s homestead in Cork, Ireland. Molly is a recent graduate from the University of Denver where she achieved her master’s degree in communication management. Molly will proudly represent her hometown of Denver in July 2022 at the Miss Colorado USA pageant.  

Little Shamrocks, Charlotte & Wyatt

This year’s Little Shamrocks are Charlotte and Wyatt, the original 2020 Little Shamrocks are finally getting their day of fun and fame! Charlotte is 9 years old and loves to attend The Parade with her family and friends. She is very excited to finally be able to ride the Committee float. Wyatt is 8 years old and a 4th generation parade attendee and committee member. He loves everything about The Parade, especially riding the Committee float.
