The Changin' of the Sign

Each year the City of Denver paints a green stripe down Blake street in honor of St. Patrick's Day on the Thursday prior to the parade (depending on weather)!  Good old Blake Street becomes Tooley Street for a short time.  We have a short ceremony as we honor this event called 'The Changing of the Sign'.
